This tutorial show the troubleshooting steps when the number of Bitmain Antminer KA3 miners scanned by the bulk management software is much less than the actual number.

Issue: The bulk management software only scanned a small portion of the Bitmain Antminer KA3 miner fleet compared to the actual number.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Confirm that all Bitmain Antminer KA3 miners are powered on;

2. Verify that the computer can connect to the Bitmain Antminer KA3 miners’ entire network segment. You can perform a test by directly entering the IP into the web page to access the miner’s backstage.

3. Examine the normal operation of the network segment where there are fewer miners, as well as any switch failures or network cable problems.

4. Confirm that the bulk management software has added all network segments.

*Note: Ensure that all IPs are included in the set IP segment. If you set 192.168.1.1100, for instance, IP addresses above 100 will not be scanned.
